Without volunteer coaches, thousands of kids wouldn't have the chance to play. Coaching is one of the most rewarding ways to give back to your community.
At T&C, coaches are supported every step of the way:
- Training & Safety First: every applicant completes a background check and abuse-prevention training.
- Guidance & Mentorship: sport-specific guidance, with first-time coaches paired with experienced program leaders.
- Community Support: commissioners and staff are here to help you have a great season.
